Immigration posada prays for reform
The Archdiocese of Chicago hosted the 18th Annual Posada for Immigration Reform on Dec. 15, 2023 beginning outside the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Center, 101 W. Ida B. Wells Drive, in Chicago. The posada began with a rosary in English, Spanish, Polish, Italian and Luganda. Each subsequent location included special prayers, songs and reflections. Participants included members of Priests for Justice for Immigrants, Sisters and Brothers of Immigrants and Archdiocese of Chicago’s parishes, schools and immigration ministries.
